- Washed down the exterior walls and gutters.
- Pressure cleaned the outside perimeter of the property.
- Re-secured all valley tiles using valley clips.
- Drilled new weep holes where required.
- Installed valley seals in all roof valleys.
- Repointed all ridge capping with new flexible pointing.
- Applied one coat of CT Primer.
- Applied two coats of Dirt Shield roof membrane.
- Installed two whirlybirds as part of the roof restoration promotion.
