The foundation of a lasting finish

Roof preparation
without shortcuts.

The quality and life expectancy of a roof coating begins with cleaning and preparation. We remove contaminants, complete necessary repairs and inspect the surface carefully before coating starts.

Why preparation matters

A coating is only as good as the surface beneath it.

Dirt, moss, loose material and failed pointing can interfere with adhesion and reduce the performance of a roof coating. Thorough cleaning helps expose defects so they can be addressed before the finish is applied.

Our preparation process also considers gutters, surrounding walls and paths, helping leave the property tidy and ready for the next stage.

We do it once. We do it right.

Our 12-step preparation process.
